The overarching goal of Animal Crossing: Taking Root is about "taking root" in this older town back on the mainland, and getting it back on the map. And of course, the Nook family is happy to help! Provided you're willing to help with finances, of course...

Timmy and Tommy would run Nook's Cranny once again, although the scope and look of the shop will change as the town gets more talked about. This early in the day, you might find one of the two cleaning outside the shop while the other runs the register inside. Plus it looks like they've set up a little attraction to keep the shop feeling friendly: today it's a game of garden quoits!
